I have recently joined Sage as VP Finance Business Partners, responsible for delivering finance business partner support and leading commercial finance projects. Prior to that I was Director of Business Control at Aer Lingus, where I drove robust financial best practice across a €2bn turnover business. I am really looking forward to participating in The Growth Project this year, to support a great cause and learn from other leaders who are driven by giving something back to others.
I am a commercial and entrepreneurial finance leader with 25 years of operational, advisory and investment experience. Most recently, I was CFO of Time Out Group PLC, an AIM-listed global media and hospitality business, where I drove the turnaround of its loss-making media operation and the international roll-out of its food and cultural market concept. I am very excited by TGP and hope to not only add value to a worthy casue but also learn from, adn be inspired by, incredible charity leaders.
I'm SpareRoom's Communications Director and I've been with the company since 2007. I look after PR, email, content marketing, and social presence, as well as acting as chief spokesperson for media and industry relations. I also chair our board. At SpareRoom we believe that life is at its best when we share it (even if I sometimes forget to act on that basis!). I hope I have something useful to share with the group!
I am a Divisional Director at Clarksons Shipbrokers where I am head of the West Clean Petroleum Products desk in London. I am excited to be involved in the Growth Project – I hope my skills will be of use, and I am looking forward to connecting with people from different industries. In particular, working with individuals who see the world through a different lens to those of profit-making organisations
A former Civil Servant, I now work as a Business Executive to the Chief Information Risk Officer at Sage, a FTSE100 company and the UK’s biggest technology company. My role spans the Risk, Cyber Security and Compliance Function in a broad strategic role, similar to that of a chief of staff.
I am incredibly excited to be part of the Growth Project and learn from all those involved.
I am a Divisional Director within the HR department at the world’s biggest shipbroker, Clarkson PLC (“Clarksons”). My role involves various traditional streams including dealing with legal claims, employee relations, operational matters as well as organisational design and corporate governance issues to name a few. With over 1600 employees spread over 52 locations, we are kept busy!
After starting my career in Westminster and then political communications, I have been a strategic communications consultant for 20 years. I specialise in advising organisations, mainly in the NGO and third sector, on how to communicate with purpose, whether with decision makers, opinion formers or other key stakeholders. If the Growth Project did not exist, someone would create it because it makes so much sense!
I am a Regional Recruitment & Training Manager for Beaverbrooks, an award-winning family-owned Jewellers, renowned for its strong culture and family ethos. My role is field based where I oversee all things Recruitment, People and Training across 17 stores in the South East of the UK. I jumped at the chance to be involved in The Growth Project as I will relish the opportunity to work closely, collaborate with, and learn from inspiring leaders.
With 15 + year career in the art market in senior strategic roles, my experience combines many aspects of leadership and creative thinking, giving me a privileged expertise as an executive coach and a consultant. I enjoy working with truly passionate and highly unpredictable people. I am a master at navigating complex institutional and social environments and help clients develop self-awareness and the confidence to truly grow.
I oversee the global marketing and communications function for Sage Foundation. I joined Sage in 2004 and has since held several senior positions at the company, including marketing manager for Sage Pastel Accounting and Sage Foundation programme manager for Africa.

20 years ago, I set up Faith Communications, a marketing and communication consultancy, offering an honest and straightforward approach to coms. Finding solutions to develop, promote and enhance client’s business profiles. Today my clients are predominately not-for-profits. Talking of feeling challenged, this is what excites me about The Growth Project, a chance to put some time aside to learn, share, and experience from a new group of professionals
I am the global Academy director for leadership and colleague development at Sage. I work with our corporate Talent, Culture, Belonging teams to also develop behaviour change programmes. Through The Growth Project I’m looking at learning new ways of being, to learn from and value the different perspectives of the group, share my perspectives where appropriate and broaden my world view.
